Lovely ramen shop at chatswood. Already tried tsukemen, black kogashi, tomato ramen and shio tonkotsu which the less favorite one is shio tonkotsu which bit lite on taste wise but i dont have problem with the rest of the ramen, they were great. The thickness of tsukemen soup was right, kogashi was flavourfull and tomato ramen as well

One of the best Tsukemen I've had outside of Japan. The noodles were a bit shorter but very very good broth. Highly recommend ordering one extra noodle (kaedama) to utilize all of the broth provided. Shio Tonkotsu (salt and pork based broth ramen) - amazing. Very well balanced. Definitely feels like it warms the soul. Add extra chashu and seaweed, at least 3 chashu to have a proper ramen, Fantastic Japanese beer on tap! Nothing better than a freshly poured biru! Update : Tsukemen has changed. The pork is now inside the broth and it's even better! The broth doesn't have the same citrus zing but the broth flavor is stronger! Super delicious. Or as Natsuki would say, "justice delicious" XD Update #2 They have a washlet bidet Update #3 Please note, there are two variations of Tsukemen. The standard option has the meat inside the soup base. The upgraded option has the soft ribs served beside the noodles. Personally, I like the standard option the best

It gets a bit hot in the restaurant when it’s filling up. Food was yummy the chicken was a little salty for my liking. The atmosphere was great, service was great. Would recommend. Already ate before taking a photo hehe.

Japanese Chicken Kara-age, Asahi on Tap and don’t miss Signature Long Name Ramen! The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with umami—total flavor bomb. Noodles were perfectly chewy, toppings are on point (that egg and chashu? chef’s kiss) Good to dine in for a casual date, friends or family for a special occasion. No booking required and might need to wait for a little while before you get a table. Would def come back for more

Very hard to please my wife when it comes to Ramen and this one she immediately gave the nod of approval to. Great broth - Manpuku Red is what she had and was very satisfied. I had the chicken based broth with Coriander and it also hit the spot perfectly - not overly salty as you sometimes get at other places. Thanks for a very enjoyable meal

We went to Manpuku Chatswood on Saturday and arrived at 11:40am — just 10 minutes after opening — and were lucky to get the last table! We tried both seasonal specials: the Tomato Ramen and the Basil Ramen. The tomato ramen was rich, tangy, and had a great spicy kick. The basil ramen was creamy, fragrant, and beautifully balanced with pork and cheese. Highly recommend checking out their seasonal menu — unique flavours and totally worth it!

Great tasting Ramen, friendly and efficient service, and some very unique seasonal menus. The waiting queues can get longer on weekends.

I hadn’t eaten here for a long time because there’s usually a long line, but luckily on a weekday lunch there was no wait, so I finally came for a bowl. To be honest, when it was first served I felt a bit disappointed — the portion and toppings seemed simpler and smaller compared to other ramen shops, just broth, bamboo shoots, meat, and noodles. But once I tried the soup, the seasoning was spot on, and the thin noodles were exactly how I like them. I even finished all the broth! For a female diner, the portion felt just right.
